Zonta STEM Scholarship

Zonta Club Eindhoven is happy to announce a Women in STEM scholarship in its budget years 2024/2026 of 2000 euro. Registration is open till May 1st 2025.

Women are still underrepresented in Information Technology and other STEM fields. This must change if we want men and women to have equal opportunities. Zonta International therefore wants to help women who pursue an education in STEM with the Women in STEM Scholarship and Awards.

Who is eligible

Women pursuing a

  • Science,
  • Technology,
  • Engineering or
  • Mathematics

(STEM) degree program at an accredited university/college who demonstrate outstanding potential in the field and are living or studying in Brainport Eindhoven are eligible.

How to apply

The scholarship is worth 2.000 Euro and registration is open from today, up till

May 1st 2025.

The Evaluation Committee will choose one recipient for the period 2024/2026.

District 29 Women in STEM Scholarship

In addition, there is for the awardee an application procedure for the D29 Women in STEM scholarship for 2024/2025 and 2025/2026. This scholarship is presented in all 5 Areas of District 29 at president and Area-meetings by the Committee members of D29. See website Zonta District29.

Information on the Zonta International Women in STEM Award as decided at the Brisbane Convention will be available in due time.

Zonta Awardees Connected (ZAC)

Zonta Awardees Connected (ZAC) is the link between awardees of all awards:

and Zonta. The aim of ZAC is to be an international network within Zonta through which awardees can connect with each other and with Zonta.

The aim of ZAC (Zonta Awardees Connected) is to be an international network within Zonta through which they want to strengthen the relationship among awardees as well as between awardees and Zontians, and foster the connection and identification of the awardees with Zonta.
